We use tools like InVision for real-time, screen-sharing collaboration among resources and clients to capture / address any feedback / query. Each one of the clients is assigned an account manager who acts as a single point of contact to keep the customer informed about the project's progress and ensure the client's directions are fully conveyed to the technical project manager for implementation. We use cloud hosting servers to showcase the completed work via a staging (non-public) URL prior to making it live, and use an emulator in case of a mobile app prototype. A project is never considered completed unless the client has thoroughly checked and approve the submitted work in the user access testing (UAT) phase.
